Jersey - Hetalia OC

Eh... A Hetalia OC based on my sister, Oz. I remember when she was younger, and her friend used to call her Jersey (although I can't remember why )

--A BIT ABOUT HER--
Although she has her own governing body, she is considered a part of Britan, but location wise she's right next door to the Normandy coast of France. Her two native languages are English, and a dialect of French, called Jerrais.
In WWII she was captured by Germany, and held for five years (untill Germany surrendered). She has no independant military, and is protected by Britain, but unlike him she's not a part of the EU. Fortunately, The EU treat her as a member for most matters, claiming a "Special Relationship."
She's part of a small group of British protectorates called the Channel Islands, and she's the largest. Her name is Nordic, and litterally translates as "Earth Island".

If your wondering why Jersey, I have relatives there. I once ended up on a three week sailing trip around the Normandy Coast, and we ended up in Jersey and Guernsey. The Channel Islands are awesome
